What is the pricing model after the trial period?
For the usage of QuiQi, we have different monthly PACKAGES to suit every business size. We believe that this is the fairest pricing model since everyone is charged based on its actual use and provides us with the resources to maintain our high-end support. If you find another solution with ALL of our features with a lower cost, we will return the difference!
Do I need to put my credit card details for the trial?
No, credit card is not required for the Basic version of the software which is forever FREE. Credit card is required only on other packages to prevent interruption of service and to show us that you are serious about this - from our side, we will fully support you through out the trial and allocate resources for your needs.
Do I have to install anything?
No! Everything is web-based but you will need to prepare the QR-codes and/or NFC-tags which will be located on your tables or rooms in order for customers to access the digital Menu.
How difficult it is to setup?
It is very easy to setup and no technical skills are required.
How long are your contracts?
There are NO long term contracts or commitments. You can use QuiQi month to month, and cancel at any time you'd like!
If I don't like QuiQi, how do I cancel subscription?
You can cancel the subscription any time you want. No cancellation fees or commitment of any type.
If I cancel my QuiQi account, will I lose my data?
As with most "software-as-a-service" (SaaS) platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible, but don't worry, we'll keep everything backed up waiting so you can come back again later!
Who owns the data/content?
You do! Any content (including your users) is 100% owned by you. QuiQi doesn’t have permission to use that content for any reason.
Does QuiQi work for iPhone and Android?
Yes! QuiQi is 100% compatible with both iPhone and Android phones.
Does the customer have to install anything?
No! Everything is web-based. No mobile application download is needed for easier adoption.
Does QuiQi work worldwide?
Yes! There are no location restrictions in using the service.
What if my language is not supported?
If your language is not supported we will add it for you.
Do I need any special hardware?
No! QuiQi doesn't need any special hardware to operate, though you might need table stands (with QR-codes / NFC tags) to provide the customers with an access method and tablets or printers on which to receive the orders. Don't worry, we have you covered. We are ready to provide these to you as well, upon request.
Do you ship hardware worldwide?
Yes! If you want additional hardware, like table stands, printers or tablets we can ship it to you worldwide. Shipping expenses are not always included in the offers.
Do I have to pay for updates?
No! We give constant updates to our software, add new templates and you get it all for FREE! Because QuiQi is on the cloud, when we make an update or add new features, they automatically show up in your account!
