Customization
The item can be fully customizable. Thorough checks are performed in the background to ensure the correctness of the process and guide the client to the right choice. Customer customization can be about cooking preferences, choosing the side dish or even being able to add or remove ingredients. You decide what level of customization meets your needs so as not to create any upheaval in the way your business operates. The customer can also add special instructions or requests in the "comments" box.

My Cart
"My Cart" is the final step before the customer proceeds to place their order. In the "My Cart" tab the customer car review their order. they can choose to reedit an item or completely remove it from their cart. Furthermore, there is an extra "comments" box for comments regarding their order. 
Order routing
The customer's order can be routed in various ways through QuiQi: 
  • Dashboard: The manager can be notified via the dashboard and have a choice to accept or reject the order as well as write comments back to the customer. 
  • POS integration: It can be passed immediately to the POS system via integration
  • GSM printer: It can be printed on one or more GSM Printers (in the kitchen, in the bar etc.)

Advanced Security
2-step Procedure
We use a 2-step verification process to ensure that the order you receive is in no way registered by mistake
Phone Verification (OTP)
To minimize the chance of abuse you can enable the phone verification feature. The customer must verify once via a simple OTP verification process. 
Pay online
The customer can pay online using QuiQi's secure payment gateway.
Automatic time-out
Once the customer scans the QR code he is automatically timed-out after 15 minutes and needs to rescan to validate his position.
Main Menu
In the main menu of QuiQi there are the options of "Home", "My bill", History. Also, the client can activate dark mode and choose the language in which they want to view the menu.
Call Waiter
The customer can "call the waiter" with a simple press of a button.

My Bill
In "My Bill" tab the customer can keep track of their order status (sent, received, accepted/declined) as well as all their unpaid bills. They have the choice to pay online using our 100% secure payment gateway or "ask for the bill". History

Our idealized menu builder helps you create your e-Menu from scratch. You can create root menus, categories, and subcategories. Add items with all the relevant details, multiple prices, pictures and feature badges. You can also add static blocks with more general information and pictures. With simple drag and drop you can rearrange the whole menu. You also have the option to promote different items with special categories, badges, and unique strikethrough price feature.
Peripherals
In the peripherals section you get to design the order rooting. You can route certain orders to the kitchen and some other to the bar. You get to choose how you prefer to have control over the orders either through POS integration, printed at a GSM printer, or through the dashboard
