Deliverect connects third-party delivery platforms to the POS of the restaurant. Managing online orders becomes automated and easy to manage. In-restaurant the orders are directly sent to the POS that the restaurant operates and printed with a standardized lay-out in the kitchen. In the back office, it is easy to get an overview of all online orders, manage online menus, analyse sales and more.
Key features:

Order management: All online orders will automatically be pushed into the POS. Easily accept all online orders and manage them from the POS.. No more manually retyping order receipts in the POS.
Menu management: This allows restaurants to quickly update and publish their menus across the different delivery platforms. Restaurant chains benefit from an additional feature to facilitate multi-location management: it's possible to manage multiple locations from one master account. Additionally, custom access rights can be created for restaurant staff and management.
Create menus in the Deliverect back office: set prices, descriptions, pictures…
Set availability: decide what time you want to have this menu available
Push menus live: push your menu live on multiple delivery platforms and for multiple restaurant locations.
Master account & user rights: From one master account it is possible to manage multiple locations. Giving user-rights to lower-level management by creating custom access rights for both management and staff.
Stock management: Combining in-house and online restaurant sales will give you a complete overview of your stock.
Reporting: With the delivery channels connected to the POS, the restaurant will be able to gain insights on sales and best-selling products.
Snoozing: This enables the staff to remove products immediately from their online menus when they run out of stock.
Vat compliance: As orders are processed through Deliverect and sent to the POS, all orders are registered and the restaurant is VAT compliant.
Pricing levels: We support multiple pricing levels. This means that you can set prices for your online restaurant that differ from your in-house ones, as you may want to do for certain dishes
